9. Don’t these lists give us a pretty good idea of the sort of personality people admire? • Of the kind we should want to have?

10. Inasmuch as most of us are not particularly pretty or handsome, the ranking of these items should be encouraging. The women placed handsome features in 15th,and the men rated beauty 9th. Beauty, handsome, and perfect physique are clearly not the most important factors in personal attractiveness.
