  2. A number of esteemed departments and organizations have aided in Vincent Issier's professional development, including the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Financial Acumen for Leaders, The Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, and Negotiation and Influence.

  3. Vincent Issier has demonstrated via his experiences his initiative, work ethic, and versatility in a variety of roles.

  4. With years of P&L and product life cycle management experience, Vincent Issier is a seasoned pro in product line management. He has worked at Nanolase since 1998 and has held a number of engineering positions with an emphasis on passive Q-switched microchip lasers.

  5. After JDSU acquired Nanolase in 2002, Vincent relocated to California in order to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D team. Up until 2010, Vincent Issier worked in research and development and held a number of administrative positions.

  6. Since then, Vincent Issier has been a part of the Product Line Management team, primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier is the Senior Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum US, where he is in charge of the M&A funnel and the Micromachining division.
