Some famous dishes in India that everyone eats Like samosa, chole bhature, street food, etc. In India, other countries' dishes are also happily eaten like pizza, hakka noodles,etc but these dishes are also not too good for health. Some food is oily, some food is fried, some has fat content,and many other ingredients which are bad for health. I am also a food blogger. I also don't want to eat bad ingredient’s food. I surround street to street searching for what ingredients can change in place of bad ingredients in food that good ingredients will not change taste but will change the quality of food which is good for health.

  4. I found many places, many restaurants, and many street food corners. They already changed the bad quality food with good quality food. Some are using olive oil in place of mustard oil. Wheat flour in place of white flour and many other good ingredients. I am going to tell you about restaurants. 1. Subway - Subway is an American multinational fast food restaurant franchise that primarily sells submarine sandwiches (subs), wraps, salads and beverages. Subway offers a better variety of healthy meal options than many other fast food restaurants. In general, Subway's meals are low in sugar and a decent source of fiber and protein, however, many are also loaded with fat and sodium. Part of Subway's appeal is that you can customize your meal. Punjabi Chaap Corner - Soy isoflavones present in these chunks discourage fat build up around the organs, thus making it a great weight-loss aid as well. Ladies, all the soya chaap delicacies are the way to health in moderation. Price - 400 for 2 People approx. Location - Rajinder Nagar 5. Biryani Blues - Hyderabadi Biryani- a style of the authentic biryani from Hyderabad, India; cooked with the dum pukht method is what we at Biryani Blues serve. Location - Kalkaji Here are some good restaurants I found for good taste with healthy ingredients. I visited there and enjoyed the taste very much.
