  3. 鑑別診斷疱疹齒齦舌炎     疱疹性咽峽炎，在口腔「後半部」咽峽位置出現小水泡或潰瘍，因類似疱疹表現，直譯為疱疹性，但有的專家建議直接叫咽峽炎而不要加上疱疹性，因為當年翻譯時不知是腸病毒引起，一般人又容易與疱疹混淆，尤其兩者在初期症狀都很類似。如果牙齦紅腫，舌頭潰爛，口腔前部黏膜也有破洞，四肢無水泡，則是疱疹病毒引起的疱疹齒齦舌炎，不是腸病毒，但可能會張口就流血，即早給予ZOVIRAX可有效防治疱疹齒齦舌炎變嚴重(健保一般是不會給付的)，腸病毒引起的咽峽炎則無效。 • me.lnes.tp.edu.tw • 圖片來源網站
