Update on Project Schedule for Sector 83 in UA83

The new schedule for UA83 project shows a one-week slippage, with the cool-down phase postponed from November 14th, 2005, to January 16th, 2006. Some delays are expected for sectors 78 and 81, details provided in Katy's presentation.
