INPUT FILES: • Excel file: “Import data into MOUSE” from Hydroasia website • Cross-section file: provided “Incheon_CRS.MEX”
PROCEDURE • Here I’m using MOUSE version 2007 • Open MOUSE • Project\New • Choose location and name of the new project • Choose unit of Project • Select No for Load all time series database
PROCEDURE • The New Project window appears, choose New File for Network and Hydrological, and enter a name, OK • Blank screen appears. • Network\Nodes Or simply click on The icon
PROCEDURE - NODES • Enter any name, (e.x 1) for the insert node window • Copy all data from the node tab in excel file • From MOUSE, select Edit\Paste list and wait for 1 min • The window appears showing that “data import ok” • Delete the first node that was initially added in • Press Close
PROCEDURE - CATCHMENTS • Import Catchment data. • Select Catchments\Catchments or choose the icon • Copy all data from Catchment tab in excel file • In MOUSE, click on Edit\Paste list • The “Data import OK” window shown
PROCEDURE – CROSS SECTION • From MOUSE: click Project\Import Data from file tab Browse to CRS files Check Cross section data Execute File imported
PROCEDURE - LINKS • Select Network\Link or click icon • Copy all data in Link tab in excel file • In MOUSE, choose Edit\Paste list
VIEW RESULT • In order to view the Horizontal Plan map, select View\Horizontal Plan ON/OFF
