  2. What do we need? • Ingredients • pasta12 pieces of lasagne • Cheese sauce • 50gofbutter • 50gofplainflour • 600 ml ofmilk • 125gofCheddar cheese • halfteaspoonofnutmeg

  3. Bolognese sauce • 1 tablespoonofolive oil • 1 onion • 1 clove of garlic • 500 g ofmincedbeef • 250 g oftomatoes • 2 tablespoonsoftomato paste • 4 tablespoonsofredwine • 1 tablespoonofbasil • salt • pepper

  4. Preparation of a mixture of meat: • Firstwecut up onions and garlic, thenwefriedthemin a pan with oil. Then weadded the other ingredients: minced meat, canned whole tomatoes, tomato paste and herbs fortaste.

  5. Preparationofbéchamel • Wedissolved butter and two tablespoons of olive oil. Then wegrated nutmeg and added it to the butter with three tablespoons of flour. Wegraduallypoured some milk and stirredproperly.

  6. Lasagne • To prepare lasagne,wetook a baking panand coatedit with butter. First weput in theslices oflasagneand then weadded the meat mixture, cheese and bechamel. Then wedid the same withthe second layer.Weput the whole pan in the oven and waitedabout an hour tillthe lasagneweredone.
