  • Create science and technology in Louisiana to inform federal and state coastal restoration and hurricane protection efforts, build capacity, and expertise

  • Assist in developing a plan for The Water Institute’s priorities and areas of focus as stated in the CEA
  • Provide an annual scorecard based on an evaluation of the work accomplished during the prior year
