  2. Info-bites on Anxiety Treatment in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi - Pakistan Stop making a problem of anything that an individual may be worrying about. It is not a problem that is there, as it is a person that is worrying about an issue, and the individual can stop worrying about it. Treatments include talking therapy, but it is not conclusive to complete the treatment permanently - as some cases like the example below, are caused by a deeper rooted problem, such as insulin resistance, hormone related issues and other factors - so a proper diagnosis is needed when one does this - please see this link here for more information on clinics offering a whole holistic treatment.
