  2. UNDERSTANDING VESTIBULAR PHYSIOTHERAPY Vestibular physiotherapy is a movement-based approach aimed at managing symptoms related to inner ear or balance system concerns. This type of therapy may help reduce: Dizziness Vertigo Balance problems Nausea triggered by movement The process involves personalized exercises designed to support the body's ability to adapt and improve stability. It may benefit individuals recovering from inner ear infections, concussions, or conditions like BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo) 02

  3. Dizziness – A sensation of light-headedness or feeling faint. Blurred Vision – Especially during head movement (oscillopsia). Vertigo – A spinning or whirling sensation, even when stationary. Nausea or Vomiting – Often triggered by movement or changes in head position. Fatigue – Physical and mental tiredness due to constant efforts to maintain balance.
