  8. Mini Training Sessions Last month radio before the All RC meeting This month as part of the All RC meeting Sessions can be held at Belmont or Monroe

  9. Options for Mini Sessions Tuesday or Thursdays or ? Before RC meetings? Other evenings? Weekends (probably not when we have races to run) ?

  11. Assignments Process You sign up on the CYC website Sean updates the right side of the spreadsheet, lists everyone Assignments Team assigns people, pulls from the right into each assigned position Not an automated process, Manual steps are required
