3. HADITS DLA’IF. Hadits Dla’if. Ialah hadits yang kehilangan satu syarat atau lebih dari syarat-syarat hadits shahih atau hadits hasan . Hadits Dla’if itu hadits yang t ertolak tidak boleh untuk berhujjah. Para muhaditsin menolak hadits dla’if disebabkan dari dua jurusan :

  3. Para muhaditsinmenolakhaditsdla’ifdisebabkandariduajurusan : A. Dari jurusan Sanad. • Adanyacacatpadaperowibaikpadakeadilannyamaupunhafalannyakurangbaik, misalnya : • Haditsmaudlu’ = haditspalsurawinyapembohong. • Haditsmatruk = rawinyatertuduhdusta. • Hadits yang rowinyafasik, banyaksalah

  4. Sanadnyatidakbersambungyaituseorangrawiataulebihdihilangkansehinggatidaksalingbertemusatusama lain. Contohnya : • HaditsMu’allaqdigugurkan (dihilangkan) sanadpertama. • HaditsMursaldigugurkansanad terakhir (Shahabat)

  5. Dari jurusanMatan • HaditsMauquf • HaditsMaqthu’ Hadits yang bertentangandengan Al Quran danhaditsmutawatir, ijmaulamadanbertentangandenganakalsehat.
