AAU Tryouts AGES: 8 & UNDER thru 14 & UNDER If you are on your school team, you are only eligible following your school season! TRYOUT DATES: November 29-30, 2008…December 7-13-14, 2008…January 10-11, 2008  Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration or bring the completed tryout form with you. Limited spots available! All interested players need to attend at least one tryout. Players will be evaluated on basketball skills, athleticism, and attitude.  Athleticism – Determined by a SPARQ score that every player trying out will receive. SPARQ is a certified program that measures Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness and provides a score based on a series of tests in those areas. Basketball Skills – the following skills will be rated based on a series of timed drills and ratings by the coaching staff.
