  1. Thank You Notes From Christmas Fund Recipients

  2. Thank you for the gift from the Christmas Fund. All the years that my husband and I contributed to the Veterans of the Cross Fund and later the Christmas Fund, I never expected to be a recipient. I do appreciate the gift and also that you are acknowledging his years of service to the church.

  3. Though I always give to the Christmas Fund through my church in December, I want to give to the Christmas in July appeal also. I have benefited greatly from the supplementation that the Christmas Fund makes possible, and I’d like to contribute in appreciation.

  4. Thank you for the Christmas gift of $275 from the Pension Boards-UCC, and the warm Advent greetings you convey to us. It is very assuring that somebody is concerned with our little needs, not only of money but also of inspiring thoughts that make us aware that we are connected with the whole body of the United Church of Christ.

  5. Thank you for your thoughtfulness – you have made this season of joy very meaningful to me. It seems strange to be in this group of receivers – age comes so fast!

  6. I am very grateful to you and all those who contribute to the Christmas Fund for the generous gift you sent me. Each year seems to bring greater demands on our income and many items cut from our usual lists. So a special gift is indeed a great blessing. My blessings are countless even with the frailties of older age.

  7. I would like to express my deep gratitude regarding the funding afforded me by the Ministerial Assistance grant for 2007. This monetary gift relieves a great deal of physical, mental and emotional stress during a most difficult time in my life.

  8. Have a blessed Christmas – and please accept my sincerest thanks for the welcome check from the 2007 Christmas Fund Offering! The gift itself was a blessing, and so also was being remembered by the Church we love so much!

  9. Dear Friends, and we do mean “friends.” thank you so much for your Christmas gift. It allays the bittersweet arrival of the holidays, the joy of the coming of Jesus along with the nervousness brought on by extra expenses.
