BE SAFE • Proper clothing • Shoes: Tightly Laced Tennis Shoes • Girls wearing dresses or skirts must have shorts underneath • ABSOLUTELY NO SANDALS for your safety • Notes from parents and doctors • BE RESPECTFUL • Five Pillars of Pirate Pride • Treatment of others & equipment • Sportsmanship • BE RESPONSIBLE • Play Fair, Help Set-up & Clean-up

  3. Verbal Warning • Alternative Activity • Written Work Station • Copy Sheet, Article Summary, Book Summary • Lunch Recess • Refer to Principal *(Determined by Coach discretion)**

Correct squad spot for attendance and participation = 1 point • Prepared for class with the proper clothes/shoes = 1 point • Appropriate effort during stretching/warm up exercises = 1 point • Appropriate effort during cardio activity = 1 point • (lap, sprints, etc.) • Appropriate effort during class activity = 1 point TOTAL - 5 POINTS POSSIBLE PER DAY ------------------------------------------------ 15 POINTS POSSIBLE PER WEEK Grading (1-6)

MONDAY – THURSDAY • Correct squad spot for attendance and participation = 1 point • Prepared for class with the proper clothes/shoes = 1 point • Appropriate effort during stretching/warm up exercises = 1 point • Appropriate effort during cardio activity (lap, sprints, ect. ) = 1 point • Appropriate effort during class activity = 1 point • TOTAL - 5 POINTS POSSIBLE PER DAY FRIDAY • HEALTH VIDEO/QUIZ- 5 POINTS POSSIBLE 20 points possible (Mon – Thurs) + 5 points possible for Video / Quiz (Fri ) ------------------------------------------------- 25 POINTS POSSIBLE PER WEEK middle school grading

  6. PARENT/GUARDIAN NOTE • 1 WEEK OR LESS • DOCTOR NOTE • MORE THAN 1 WEEK • GOES TO NURSE JAMIE Parent/Doctor Notes

  7. Team Sports including: • Volleyball, Basketball, Mushball, Soccer, Football, Kickball • Other Activities: • Clean Your Room, Parachute, Fitness Stations • Field Day (March) • Everyday in P.E. we have fun activities planned for you! Fun Activities to Look Forward To!

  8. Water! Please bring a water bottle everyday. • While inside, keep all water bottles on the bleachers. • Wear tennis shoes & be careful and safe when you are participating in all P.E. activities. Safety
