As part of their expansion to produce vegetarian capsules, Olive Healthcare reposed confidence in BOCHANG CO. LTD. of Korea. Olive has been using Bochang equipment for the past several years for production of softgel capsules with a high degree of satisfaction. It was a natural choice to go with the two additional lines of the BCM GB6, considering the following aspects. 1. Enhanced gelatin efficiency 2. Reduced wastage 3. Extended die roll life (BOCHANG is known to supply die rolls to R P SCHERER) 4. Lowest power consumption (compared to it’s peers) 5. Increased productivity 6. Versatile capacities for various capsule shapes & sizes Both the plants were installed by Vedic Pac Systems, the long standing partner for BOCHANG in South Asia, with very good support from the engineering team of OLIVE HEALTHCARE. Reliable detection of foreign contaminants, with high sensitivity, has been a perennial challenge. The LOMA IQ3+E wafer thin metal detector is specifically designed for this purpose i.e. reliable performance & highest sensitivity in the industry. Vedic Pac Systems, with it’s team of qualified engineers, seamlessly integrated the IQ3+E at SOBISCO’s facility. IQ3+E has the following advanced features. 1. Variable frequency detection 2.
