  3. We specialise in the manufacture of detailed highly-complicated components and assemblies specific to your bespoke requirements, using supplied drawings and CAD models. We can also advise on the design if needed for a smoother production process and delivery, and revise requirements when necessary through our highly-specialised experienced design technicians, who can take you through every step of the journey.   4. CNC Milling Vector Precision can carry out both CNC & conventional milling. Our hi-tech CNC capabilities include 4 axis, 2D & 3D milling, whilst we also have a variety of conventional milling machines operated by highly skilled and experienced machinists. 5 axis machining is also available if required.   5. Conventional Milling We specialise in the manufacture of detailed highly-complicated components and assemblies specific to your bespoke requirements, using supplied drawings and CAD models. We can also advise on the design, and revise requirements when required through our highly-specialised experienced design technicians, who can take you through every step of the journey.

  6. CNC Turning Vector Precision Vector Precision can carry out both high-level CNC & Conventional turning. CNC Turningis a manufacturing process where the metal round stock is held in a chuck on a spindle and rotated while a cutting tool is fed to the bar stock to remove material in order to create a desired shape. We have a range of conventional lathes suitable for producing a wide range of parts.

  7. Conventional Turning An example close up detail of the conventional turning process. CNC Lathe, CNC Turning is an effective way to make cylindrical parts, as well as other shapes, including squares or hexagons.

  8. Our 4 axis capability enables us to produce complex cams utilising sinusoidal rises and falls to minimise cam follower acceleration forces, hence cam wear. 4 Axis

  9. 3D Vector has the latest 3D capabilities, which enables us to produce high quality components with full 3D geometry and high quality rendering output. This includes geometry generated from mathematical functions from the 3D data generated from the latest Mastercam modelling software.

  10. 2D Vector Precision have the ability to generate 2D CAD drawings, or can take read any supplied CAD files. We use 2D CAD to document all design work that we do, along with keeping a track record of all previous parts manufactured.
