(Record on flipchart) • What challenges do anticipate in implementing this capacity building plan? What solutions do you propose? • How will you make sure that the capacity you built lasts beyond your technical assistance?

Conclusions • BLC’s customized approach enhances organizations’ service delivery and sustainability through improved management, governance, and financial systems • Participatory and prioritized capacity building plans allow for sustained capacity building efforts and addresses gaps in service delivery • Replicable model-highly participatory which promotes ownership, accountability and sustainability
