  7. HKU What is PBL? • PBL is any learning environment in which the problem drives the learning • That is, before students learn some knowledge they are given a problem. The problem is posed so that the students discover that they need to learn some new knowledge before they can solve the problem

  8. PBL Purpose • Professional knowledge 专业知识 • Self-directed learning 自主学习 • Critical thinking 思辩能力 • Communication skills 交流技能 • Team-work spirit 团队精神

  17. Author’s info: address, telephone, e-mail, etc. Title should be a regenral sentence or term Abstract: a very brief description of the case Purposes: make sure it has integrated with ethics, medical law, and humanity issues

  19. 案例讨论 第1次课 第1页 • 案例描述 • 胡先生为哈尔滨市某高校教师，55岁，平时佩戴隐形眼镜。近日感觉左眼视物模糊、怕光、流泪、疼痛到门诊眼科就诊 • 讨论问题 • 何谓角膜cornea？其形态结构和功能如何？ • 角膜的组织结构是怎样的？有何特点？

  20. 案例描述 • 医生询问胡先生的病史，并做眼科检查，发现胡先生左眼分泌物增多，角膜周围充血，角膜光泽消失、透明度减低，初步诊断为急性角膜炎 • 讨论问题 • 何谓角膜炎？其致病原因有几类？ • 角膜炎如何分类？按病理变化分几类？结合本病例分析其类别和病理变化
