  1. Good Day! 30-Second DEI Trainings are a collaborative effort Coming soon will be local Disability Resource Coordinators in several areas of the state. ENJOY Click here to begin This is your 30-Second Employer Training: Recruitment & Hiring Strategies

  2. How can I find qualified employment candidates with disabilities? Through a local One-Stop Career Center. Through a local Employment Network. Through the Workforce Recruitment Program for College Students with Disabilities. All of the Above.

  3. This is one way… The One-Stop Career Center serves all job seekers, including job seekers who experience disability. By posting your open employment positions with your local One-Stop Career Center you will be accessing a wide array of qualified candidates. For more information about employer services through the Career One-Stop click here. Try Again!

  4. This is one possibility… You can access the Employment Network (EN) directory to find an EN in your local area that can connect you with qualified employment candidates with disabilities for your open job positions by going to Maximus’ Ticket to Work website click here. Try Again!

  5. This is one answer… The Workforce Recruitment Program for College Students with Disabilities is a free, nationwide database of pre- screened, qualified postsecondary students and recent college graduates with disabilities who are available for permanent and temporary positions. Employers can search the database by state or job category and obtain specific information on candidates' qualifications. For more information click here. Try Again!

  6. CORRECT! To learn about these and other recruitment resources go to EARNWorks‘ online. This resource was developed to help employers, human resource professionals and business managers make informed decisions that support the recruitment, hiring and retention of people with disabilities. For information from EARNWork’s on recruitment strategies and resources click here. Thank you From Glenn Olsen your Disability Employment Initiative State Lead Glenn.olsen@dwd.wisconsin.gov
