  2. Industry Day Ground Rules • 1. Industry Day will be held at NSWG-3 Det Little Creek on 04 Aug 2011. Physical address 1875 Intercove Rd Norfolk VA 23521. All attendees are required to submit their security clearances iaw the information provided in the NECO announcement. • Briefings will begin promptly at 0900. • Pre & Post Inspection Question & Answer sessions have been scheduled. These sessions will be an open forum. Any questions of a proprietary nature may be submitted in writing to NAVSEA at the conclusion of the Industry Day. All submitted questions should reference the appropriate Industry Day slide and/or paragraph of the draft RFP, if applicable.

  3. Industry Day Ground Rules • 4. Copies of the draft DDSX RFP (including the Technical Specification) will be available at the Industry Day. Comments against the draft RFP and Technical Specification are requested to be submitted to NAVSEA in writing prior to 02 Sept. Any comments received after this date may not be included in the formal RFP. • All briefing materials are unclassified. However, all attendees should be aware that several sections of the DDSX specification do contain classified information. These sections of the specification have been appropriately marked and shall be controlled accordingly. • Discussions will be limited to the DDSX Requirements only.
