Compliance Requirements CBE re-certification can take up to 90 days to complete • Contractual Compliance • Tax Certificate/Certificate of Good Standing • CBE Certification • Insurance Documentation • OTR and DSLBD contacts • Certificate of Good Standing Request • http://otr.cfo.dc.gov • DSLBD website • http://dslbd.dc.gov • NO WORK may be done for DC without all required compliance docs • Removal for continued non-compliance
