  2. The Food • Rog and his students create many many exciting dishes such as... • The Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap aka the CBR is one of the Cheshire Rooms best sellers. All ingredients are made in house. • Our Philly Cheese steak is another one of our best sellers and it is made to order with many different vegetable and toppings.

  3. Back of the house… • Scott Rogers is a teacher at this restaurant teaching aspiring chefs all they need to know about running a restaurant and cooking in one. Here you see pictures of Rog’s(what the students call him) kitchen and bakeshop…

  4. Front of the house… • These students are all aspiring chefs but must have a full and well rounded understanding of a restaurant which is why waiting tables and taking orders is required in this culinary program.
