  16. The Alpha Assessment An awareness tool that allows leaders to rate their alpha characteristics and to recognize themselves in the four distinct alpha influence types. Provides the client with individualized recommendations on the strengths and risks of each of the four types- facilitating the Alpha client in self-reflection - a skill that is often difficult for Alphas.
