Investigation of Dizziness and Somnolence with Brivaracetam: A Placebo-Controlled Study

This study evaluates the effects of Brivaracetam (10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg doses) on dizziness and somnolence in participants. We analyzed hematologic parameters, including plasma concentrations in µg/mL and assessed photosensitivity windows in Hz. Sampling points were recorded at specified hours post-dose. The results indicated varying levels of dizziness and somnolence associated with the differing doses of Brivaracetam, compared to placebo. Important metrics were carefully monitored to ensure comprehensive data analysis.
