  21. Acciones clave • Constante negociación y revisión a las tarifas de los Agentes Aduanales para las diferentes Aduanas que se manejan (11 puntos de entrada al país). Buscando estandarizarlas. • Optimización en la forma de carga de acuerdo al tipo de producto, (Acomodo de pallets y empaques) buscando mejoras en el costo del flete. • Obtención de tarifas preferenciales para las diferentes modalidades de transporte.(Terrestre, Marítima, Intermodal, Aéreo). A través de transportistas de alta disponibilidad y localización. • Revisión de clasificación arancelaria a los productos importados por Merik. (TRADE COMPLIANCE) buscando oportunidades de mejora en los costos y aprovechando todos los beneficios a los cuáles tenemos acceso por tratados o acuerdos firmados a nivel internacional.

  22. Acciones clave • Análisis mensual del costo de importación (gastos incrementables) por proveedor. Coordinación con el área de Planeación para estandarizar montos y volúmenes de los pedidos de stock con el fin de que los costos no sufran variaciones importantes y se mantengan constantes. • Consolidación de cargas (Diferentes proveedores y productos), permitiendo mejora en los costos, entre empresas del grupo inclusive.(Inteltech,TotalService).
