New single stock futures at WSE From 22 March 2010 new single stock futures will be traded at WSE, on three new underlyings: • ASSECO Poland SA • PGE SA • PGNiG SA • Every class comprises of 3 contract series (with expiry dates in three nearest months from March, June, September and December cycle) – the same way as for currently quoted single stock futures. • Multiplier (number of stocks per one futures contract): • ASSECO Poland and PGE – 100 stocks • PGNiG – 1000 stocks (the only single stock futures with such multiplier)

  3. New underlyings for single stock futures From March 22, 2010 on WSE will be traded single stock futures on 8 out of the 9 highest ranked companies in WIG20 index.

New single stock futures • Introduced to trading pursuant to the Trading Rules for the futures contracts on the shares programme dated 16 June 2008 that were approved by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority by its decision of 10 July 2008 • Standard set forth in the Resolution No. 978/2007 of the WSE Management Board, dated 3 December 2007 • Trading Rules and standard aviable on the WSE web site (www.wse.pl). • More information – please visit WSE web site (www.wse.pl).
