  3. Stock Management Overview I Hacom is specialized to requirements in Pipe trading business. Hence it copes with all kind of units and recalculates all to a basic unit back and forth so that at anytime any unit can be shown • Meter (as master unit), Feet, Joints, Tons It monitors all movements physical and commercial such as: • Outstanding orders • Material inflow • Reservations for potential sales • Commercially sold but physically still in stock • Delivered to customer

  4. Stock Management Overview II All necessary information can be entered for any material All entered information can be sorted, filter and searched for: • Purchase P. • Freight • Insurance • Inspection • Racks • Storage • Other • Connector • Range • OD“ • PPF # • Grade

Stock Management Overview III • Always informed about the status of your stock: • List all still outstanding purchases • Automatic Reminder for ETD/production finish and ETA/arrival at Stock • List stock movements per item • Get print out for inventory check of physical material • List all delivered items per specs/customer/market • List overall stock value • etc, (define your own requirements for a print list)

Stock Movements The methodtocontrolthe stock ismakinguseofdocuments e.g.: • Printing a Purchase Order for a supplier will result in an outstanding order value in stock • „Closing“ a Purchase Order byenteringquantityreceived will result in a material inflowvalue • Printing a Packing List will result in a reductionof stock, etc.
