    4. Scope of Proposed Project Joint Occupancy Lease to: Provide food services within a central kitchen design layout of approximately 7,012 square feet. Provide tenant improvements within a proposed allowance budget to customize food and dining space.

Scope of Project (Cont’d) Food services provided by a single food operator and/or vendor which includes a diverse and nutritious blending of food items Welcoming creative ideas in dining area design and food services Provide an attractive dining environment for students, faculty and staff Provide source of catering for campus meetings and events. Potential lease rental with revenue sharing prospect with College Possible tenant improvement allowance offered by College
