Accessing Virtual VA(Through Internet) • Website https://vbahinescitrix.vba.va.gov/VBApps/auth/login.aspx • Username & Password in letter from VARO • DOMAIN is VBA • If your letter’s Username & Password doesn’t work call VARO help desk • Waco RO (254) 299-9483 • Hou RO (713) 383-1860/1868 or e-mail Hou at VAVBAHOU/RO/IRM

  5. Accessing Virtual VA(Co-Located) • Start • VBAPPS • Virtual VA • Virtual VA

  6. Virtual VA Log In • Station # • Hou = 362 • Waco = 349 • Username & Password = Common Security (Same as login to SHARE, MAP-D)

  7. Logged In • Takes time to load • When top of screen appears, (VSOxxxx, Find e-Folder, etc) database is loaded

  8. Find eFolder • Place curser over “Find e-Folder” (It will turn yellow) Double click

  9. Searching for eFolder • Input Veteran’s Claim or SSN • Click “Search”

  10. eFolder Found • Note Claim # is Blue when eFolder is found • If no eFolder is found screen will be blank, it will also show “0 Matches” at the bottom of the screen

  11. Documents found in eFolder • Default displays all Documents within that folder • To view a document, double click on Blue “Doc ID”

  12. Rating Decision Codesheet • Codesheet is maintained in Veteran’s file

  13. Closing a Document &Returning to List of Document • Select “Close” or “X” above close

  14. Marking Document as “Read” • Doesn’t matter if select “Yes” or “No” • Will return to Default Document page

  15. Returning to Document Page • Document page • Ability to view other Documents

  16. Rating Decision Narrative • “Rating Decision” received by the Veteran

  17. C&P Exam • Ability to view exam used by Rater for decision • Care should be taken when printing any screen and keeping it or giving it to the Veteran. • EXTREME Care should be taken when printing a C&P for mental health and providing a copy to the Veteran! • It is TVC’s policy NOT to provide C&P mental health exam results to a Veteran
