  4. How to Use: • Schedule a date for an event. • click“schedule an event” • Create a poll to gather opinions • click“Make Choice”

  5. What Does Doodle mean? • "Doodle" is an English term and means "casual scribble"... it indeed makes scheduling events so simple as to make this an almost casual task.”

  6. Scheduling parent teacher conferences Doodle would be a great resource to contact student’s parents. Now you can reach them at work, while they are traveling, or on their PDA without playing phone tag. Finding a time that works best for both of you is easily accomplished with Doodle. They can calendar the meeting time in their email using Doodle to help them remember

  7. Organizing study Group Meetings Teach your students organization skills with the Doodle calendar. Help them build up independence, and leadership qualities by organizing their own study sessions using Doodle. Now Students can review possible study session times with their parents online while they are at home and have their family calendar in front of them. Students will increase their ability to use technology proficiently. They will use digital media to communicate.

  8. Organizing Presentation Order Student’s can sign up for their presentation time slot using Doodle. The students or their parents can calendar this event in their email to help them remember.

Schedule an Event • Title event: Ms. Goodner’s Bake Sale Volunteer Sheet • Description: Please sign up for a day and time your willing to volunteer at our class bake sale. • *add address: cook@wsu.edu (recipient’s address) • Your name: Melissa Goodner • Your email address: goodner@wsu.edu • Select date: by clicking on the square on the calendar • Select time: if you need more then five time slots in a day click “add further time slots” • Send: either manually yourself, or through doodle
