  17. SGA will be selling candy gram- Blow Pops for 50 cents during all three lunches.  Send a candy gram-Blow Pop to a friend or yourself for encouragement during final exams.  Candy grams will be delivered during 8th period on June 6th.

  18. The National Junior Honor Society will be pre-selling one dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts at $6.50 and Certificates for a dozen at the store for $7.00 until Wednesday, June 8, 2011. Please see a NJHS member or Ms. Animashaun during lunches to place your order. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Go Passionately Pink for the Cure Fight for Breast Cancer.

  20. Here’s a study tip that will help you remember the facts you need for your exams. Plus, as an added bonus it will make your parents feel good about you, too. So what’s the tip? Simple. When you study, read a fact or two and then go tell your parents or a friend but…. Put the fact in the form of a “Do you know that”…

  21. The fact is that a declarative statement goes to a part of your brain that is easy to get information out of – and the fact that you are eager to “tell” your parents will make them feel good that you are “sharing” your school day with them. Try it. It works.
