  • QUALITY OF TEACHING – Each visit check on latest evidence, observe any new staff or if there are concerns – carry out themed learning walks each visit

3. LEADERSHIP and MANAGEMENT – each visit but especially Autumn for Head’s Performance Management with Governors and School Development Plan

Spring and summer re curriculum with SLT and subject Leaders plus other leaders Specialism, Therapy, Care and Finance etc…. Support L&M at ALL levels

4. BEHAVIOUR and SAFETY of pupils- each visit check on any safeguarding issues, attendance, exclusions, students not in class or on personalised programmes.
