  1. Panchsheel Balak Inter College Vision A dream was conceived...... in order to turn that dream into reality U.P. Govt. under the leadership of the great visionary Ms. Mayawati honorable Ex-Chief Minister of U.P. gifted four residential inter colleges, one for boys and one for girls in the ultra modern cities of Noida and Greater Noida each. Children from all spheres of life have dream in their eyes but every one does not get an opportunity to nurture it. Noida and Greater Noida Education Society was formed by Noida and Greater Noida Authorities who has come forward with all their resources to build dream colleges whose main focus is to provide meaningful , effective and life based education to both privileged and not so privileged children of the society. The mission is to provide our student with an academically challenging liberal education that will help them to develop a passion for learning and become men and women of virtuous character. We in these colleges believe that children should become lifelong pursuers of what is true, good and beautiful around them.

Education today has gone through a paradigm shift with the change in attitude of people due to influence of media . We have a herculean task to provide a platform and create an environment to turn the little buds to bloom into flowers. With this philosophy in mind we as a team , dream to nurture each child to become good communication decision - makers and leaders who can combat all hurdles in life with confidence and come out with flying colours in all walks of life.

Now in its fourth year, PBIC continues to move forward in the true spirit of ability driven education while sensitizing its students to the needs of the community besides inculcating values like integrity, fortitude and acceptance of individual differences.   4. About us Panchsheel Balak Inter college is an English Medium Inter college affiliated to CBSE New Delhi , situated in sector - 91 Noida Expressway , Gautam Budh Nagar , Uttar Pradesh . The college is established and administered by the ‘Noida and Greater Noida Education Society’. The college is spread over 25 acres of lush green land. The college run classes from 1’stto 12’thin three wings : Senior wing , Middle wing and Primary wing and also equipped with best in class Seminar hall , Sports complex , Auditorium, Library, Science Labs, Maths Lab, Computer labs etc.

  5. About us We are imparting education in three streams : Science (PCB , PCM) Commerce and Humanities. The college aims at providing a value based and wholesome quality education to prepare its students useful and worthy citizens of our Country.We are having competent and capable Teaching staff to educate the students by an integral education system . The efficient teachers aim to provide intellectual education through ‘E- Learning in each class room’, social education making the students realize that he is a member of society and through co - curricular activities, physical education is provided with the help of highly qualified instructors. We are having ample space for out door and indoor games.

  6. More About us We offer a variety of clubs, extra classes, supervised study and a wide range of activities to students at all levels. Special coaching is being organized for various activities . So that students also learn the lessons of team spirit, sharing, hope and participation. The college is a Residential College with mandatory hostel accommodationfrom class 6th to 12th . Well designed rooms and good quality of furniture make the living in the hostel comfortable and healthy. Medical facilities through qualified doctor and nurse is provided 24x7 here. All the administrative, teaching & non-teaching staff are provided accommodation in the college campus for better caring of the hostlers.

  7. Facilities HOSTEL There is in-campus hostel facility for the accommodation of the students which is mandatory from classes 6th onwards. Each room is equipped with good quality furniture and student are provided with individual study table , bed , almirah etc. Along with this student also have the facility of commercial R.O. system and Geysers. No efforts have been spared to make the children comfortable.

  8. Facilities HEALTH Our college is tied up with renowned hospital of Noida which is considered one of the best hospitals for emergency cases. The hostel is visited daily by qualified doctors from Vinayak Hospital, Sec-27, Noida. Ambulance facility from hospital is also provided in case of any emergency. The hostel has a well equipped medical room with a capacity of 10 beds. A well qualified nurse is available 24 hours for the resident students along with daily visit of doctor in the college campus.

  9. Facilities SPORTS - Games and sports form an integral part of life. Campus has lush green lawns and well maintained Basketball Court, Tennis Court, Badminton Court and lush green Football Ground apart from indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom etc. A national level Swimming Pool & Gymnasium will be operational very soon. Activities like Horse Riding and Trekking will be introduced by new session.A proper schedule is followed for overall personality development of all resident students.

  10. Facilities DINNING HALL - Dining halls have a sitting capacity of approx 1000 students serving five meals a day. The menu is set up by expert dieticians and cooked in campus maintaining stringent quality control. Dish washers and waste disposal system guarantees a hygienic experience. The food is served hot and fresh to the children who have it together in the dinning hall. LIBRARY - It is the backbone of any civilized society and the heart of any academic institution. Our college have excellent library with around 5000 books of different flavors apart from children's magazines, periodicals, reference books and newspapers. The reading room has ample capacity to accommodate students.

  11. Faculty We are proud to have competent young and energetic members who can give new dimension to the children and make a difference in their lives. The faculty members are ever ready and willing to inspire, motivate and guide the students at every steps and act as facilitator and mentors. We place a very high premium on the role of teachers, their competencies, skills, ability to nurture talent and commitment to be on the side of the students. It will be the constant effort of the school to endow its students with sensitivity and empathy that enable them to reach out the world in effectual service and untold creativity.

  12. Transport College is providing transport facility to the students of classes first to fifth only. As per our policies, Buses will ply only for limited distance from the college.Currently we have seven routes covering almost each and every corner within the radius of 15 kilometers from college campus. Our buses comply to all safety standards as instructed by CBSE transport guidelines.

  13. Academics Our college follows the system of Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) which includes four formative assessments along with projects and practical. Project based learning has made learning more enjoyful, interactive and meaningful. The college offers the following subjects at the +2 stage.

  18. Streams Offered Science Group: English, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science, Psychology and Physical Education. Commerce Group: English, Business Studies, Mathematics, Accountancy, Economics and Physical Education. Humanities Group: English, Economics, Psychology, Geography, Hindi and Physical Education. Note: In the coming years, Society is planning to include other subjects like Bio-Technology, Applied Arts, Fashion Studies, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Web Designing, Home Science etc. at +2 level.

  19. CollegeSession The academic session commence from 1st of April to end of March. The college remain close for the summer vacations from mid May to the beginning of July.There is a short Autumn break in October and a winter break in December/January.

  21. Admission Procedure Eligible Age for Admission Minimum age for admission to class 1st is 5 years on 31st March of academic year. For admission to other classes the age will be accordingly increased. Note: An upper age limit for admission is fixed as the minimum age limit +2 years. There will be no admission in a class if the age is more than this maximum age prescribed. Reservation for Admission The reservation for admission in the Inter College shall be as follows: 1) 21% for Schedule Caste of U.P. 2) 2% for Schedule Tribes of U.P. 3) 27% for Other Backward Classes (OBC's) of U.P.4) The students of ‘Other State Category’ will be treated as ‘General Category’. No concession will be given in this regard. Note: 85% of the total seats shall be reserved for domiciles of U.P. [35% seats shall be exclusively reserved for domiciles of District Gautam Buddh Nagar (U.P.)] and 15% seats are reserved for those living outside U.P.

  22. Admission Procedure For Admission in Class I-IX For each academic session the dates for obtaining the prospectus along with the admission form will be notified only for classes where seats are available. Student seeking admission can obtain the prospectus form from the college reception against payment of prescribed cost. The application form duly filled in and signed should be submitted in the college office with the registration fee (Non Refundable) before the last date of submission of such forms. Admission will be granted on the basis of personal academic interaction for classes I-V and on the basis of written test and interview in the subjects English, Maths and Science for class IX. The test will be of 2 hrs. This will be held in the college premises only. The time and date will be given on the registration card issued at the time of application form. The qualified candidates will be called for personal interview along with their parents on dates and timings specified in the list of selected candidates. The list will be displayed on the college notice board. The candidate selected for admission to the college will have to abide by all rules framed by the college authorities with regard to discipline, payment of fees and other matters. Note: The fees once deposited will not be refunded in any circumstances.

  23. Admission Procedure Required Documents for class I’st to IX’th(Duly Attested) 1. Mark sheet of the last annual examination passed.2. Date _of_Birth Certificate.3. Three passport size photographs.4. Caste certificate if applicable.5. Domicile certificate.6. Medical Certificate.7. Affidavit of Rs.10/- per given Performa. Note: 1. The candidate must be physically fit and mentally sound.2. The college administration has the right to cancel the admission at any time.

  24. Admission Procedure Admission to Class (XI) Admission to class XI will open immediately after the declaration of board results of class X by CBSE. Last date of submission of the application form will be one week after the declaration of the result. Required Documents for class XI’th (Duly Attested) 1. Provisional mark sheet of the last examination passed. 2. Character Certificate issues by the school last attended. 3. Certificates of achievement in extra curricular activities. 4. Migration Certificate (For applicants who have passed class X examination from board other than CBSE. 5. Three passport size photographs. 6. Caste certificate if applicable. 7. Domicile certificate. 8. Medical Certificate. 9. Affidavit of Rs.10/- per given Performa. Note: The candidate must be physically fit and mentally sound.

Performa for Affidavit Note: To be deposited at the time of admission. 1) My name is___________________________ and my son's name is _____________________________________________ residing at ___________________________________________ who has taken admission in ______ class at Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Sector-91, Noida, U.P. (201301). 2) If my son escapes from the college/hostel without any permission of college authority and shows disobedience then we will be totally responsible for his act & the decision of college will be acceptable. 3) We will submit college fees at the given time. If the fee is not submitted within given time, then we will be responsible for the deposition of any additional fine imposed on us. Date:_____________________Place: ____________________ Note: If your ward is found guilty in any in-disciplinary matter, disciplinary action will be taken against him and his Admission may be cancelled by college administration.

  26. Consent required for Hostel • Before taking admission in the college parents and children have to give their written consent on the following rules written below:- • 1. The student will have to follow the mentioned time-table in hostel regularly. • 2. The student will stay disciplined in hostel and respect all elder students. • 3. He will not change the position of his Bed, Elmira, Table and chair as per his own wish. • 4. If the student breaks or spoils any item issued to him, according to the hostel rule, he will suffer from monetary punishment. This monetary punishment will be set by college administration. • 5. The student will go with his parents or meet to his parents/guardian according to the hostel time-table only; otherwise he will not be allowed to go to his home or to meet his parents. In any special case, he will be allowed to go from the hostel with prior permission of college administration and that too with his parents only. This decision will be done according to his attendance mentioned in hostel by college administration.

  27. Consent required for Hostel • 6. The students who haven’t allotted any bed, they have to bring a folding bed a suitcase with them and in its absence, no student will be allowed to do up-down from his home. After the arrangement of bed and Elmira the student will be allowed to send back his folding bed and suitcase to his home. • 7. Parents/guardian must bring the visitor cards given to them; otherwise they will not be allowed to meet their ward. • 8. Regarding any type of complaint, parents and students are allowed to meet Principal, Vice Principal, Administrative Officer and Warden in the allowed time. • 9. On account of any reason if any student is absent from the hostel, his mess charge or fee will be refunded or not by the college, this decision will be made by college administration only and that decision will be final decision. • 10. If any student or guardian is not able to follow the rules mentioned above, he can cancel his admission willingly college administration has the right to give punishment or to cancel his admission, if any student found guilty for not following the above mentioned rules.

  28. Consent required for Hostel • 11. All the parents are hereby informed that they have to send back their ward in the college as per time allotted in the pass issued to the student. Failing which they have to pay the fine- First day – Rs.50/-, Second Day- Rs.100/- and so on. After paying the fine in admin office the student is allowed to enter the class after showing the fine receipt. Note: It is mandatory for students of class VI’th to XII’th to stay in Hostel, No student will be allowed to commute from home in any circumstances.

  30. Fee Deposit Schedule Schedule of fee deposit: Quarter Date Quarter 1:April to June 01 April to 20 April.Quarter 2: July to Sept. 01 July to 20 July. Quarter 3:Oct. to Dec. 01 Oct. to 20 Oct. Quarter 4:Jan. to March 01 Jan. to 20 Jan. Fine: Rs. 10 per day will be charged as a penalty if fee is not paid by 20’th day of starting month of quarter.Note:1. Fee is paid at Allahabad Bank, Sector-44, Noida.2. Laundry charges will also be paid on quarterly basis.3. Laundry charges will be paid in Accounts Office of the college.

Fee Concession Concession: Concession in given only on Hostel Accommodation charges as given below. 1. 100% Concession to BPL (Below Poverty Line) holders of SC/ST. 2. 70% Concession to APL (Above Poverty Line) of SC/ST. 3. 25% Concession to BPL (Below Poverty Line) holders of other category.

You can also fill the Application form using ‘MS Excel’ & Take Printout after filling it.4. Paste a recent passport size photo of the applicant.5. Fee will be paid through Demand Draft of Rs. 150/- (Rs. 50/- for Prospectus + Rs. 100/- as Registration Fee) in favor of PRINCIPAL, Panchsheel Balak Inter College, Payable at Noida. 5. You can ‘Speed Post’ the ‘Application Form’ or can also submit it ‘By Hand’ at the Admission Counter in Campus. Before the last date. Note: You can also get the printed copy of Prospectus & Application form from the ‘Admission Counter’ in the college campus, Registration Fee can be paid in cash if paid in college campus.Fee Paid towards Prospectus & Registration Fee is non-refundable.
