  4. Bikram Yoga  It runs for 90 minutes and consist a series of 26 postures. This is ideally practiced in a room heated to 400 C with a humidity of 40%.

  5. Vinyasa Yoga Commonly called "Vinyasa flow" or just "flow". A method which turns static asanas into a dynamic flow.
