  2. Before starting, you will need:  A Mac ROM, normally present on every Mac OS 8 or 9 install CD.  A generic Mac OS 8 or 9 install CD… Not an install dedicated to a given machine, as often distributed with machines in the past, but a general OS install… OK, let’s go…!
