1. My day starts at 8.00 clock. My first task on the day the postal distribution This task I do every day.Ich achte darauf, dass immer genügend Büromaterial vorhanden ist. Ist nicht genügend da oder es neigt sich dem Ende, dann bestelle ich per Fax neues.Dies sind aber nur kleinere Aufgaben am Tag, wobei diese natürlich auch immer Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. The speedometer must be sorted and filed according to vehicle and date. Also the tank receipts must be sorted and filed. Depending on how much storage I have is already past the morning. Now I'm only a half hour lunch break. After the break, I start with statistics. In our department, various statistics are needed. Today I make a statistics about the travel times of our drivers, statistics on our container in use (eg waste paper container) and a statistical analysis of the hours of drivers. Statistics are all done, I carry the data into our system. During my working day as an office clerk also quite often the phone rings. There are customers who will care I need. Often it is in these phone calls to the collection of containers. A container is full, I give this one into the computer and write after a delivery.
