Equity ownership • TOSACO owns 25% equity in Total South Africa • TOSACO has full participation in value chain including all TSA subsidiaries (Refer previous slide). • BEE funding /financial model sound. • Joint ownership of TOSACO Commercial Services (TCS) 75.1% : 24.9%, TOSACO & TSA respectively. • Repayment schedule shifted from 2013 to 2010. NB: Effective BEE shareholding in TSA is 30.3% inclusive of BEE shareholding in Remgro. TSA 15 Sept 2010
