1. Changing Your Microsoft Outlook Email Interface in Windows 8 Microsoft is currently introducing two upgrades to its popular outlook operating system. The Retail Software Environment is the first and is available to anyone who uses Windows and has an outlook email client. This upgrade improves the security of the email client while making it easier to synchronize mailboxes and folders across multiple Outlook accounts. Microsoft has yet not released outlook 2021, an add-on that allows you to unlock your email folders using Outlook. Many IT professionals believe the new feature will be released soon. If a computer has Microsoft outlook installed, it will display a lock symbol to the left of the mailbox pane. To unlock the inbox, click this lock icon and a folder access page will be displayed. You can then add or modify an email or folder. When you navigate to the file tab, you will see that you have two new options. The Account Options button is located at the lower right. This allows you to manage an existing account or create a new one. Click on the Account link to access your user information. Once you have created an account successfully, you will need the Personalize button to modify your personal attributes and folders. Before you can use email address in Outlook window, you must fill out the Personalize form. Once you have typed the email address, you will be asked to confirm whether you want to use the default white background color or change it to a color that is unique to your profile. If you wish to change the color, please reschedule your customization. Another option would be to enter a background color that is similar to yours. When you set up your new outlook email address, you will notice that the default outlook background is no longer available. You will need a different background color, such as red or green. Once you have saved your changes and set everything up, you can start working in Outlook 2021's home tab. First, go to the mailbox area and click on the Add mailbox button. Once you've created an account, click "Create Account". The next step will be to fill out the details required by this form. This includes your name, password, profile folder name, and email address.
