  2. 月经期机体的抵抗力下降, 应该注意如下几个方面: (1)清洁卫生:保持外阴清洁,每晚用温开水擦洗,不宜盆浴或坐浴;卫生巾、纸柔软清洁;内裤勤换、勤洗;便后从前向后擦拭,以免引起阴道炎或子宫发炎。

  3. (2)劳逸结合:经期应避免重体力劳动和剧烈运动,因过劳可使盆腔过度充血,引起月经过多、经期延长及腹痛腰酸等;并保证充足睡眠,以保持充沛精力。

  4. (3)饮食有节:饮食宜清淡温和,易于消化,多喝开水,多吃水果、蔬菜,保持大便通畅。 不可过食生冷,否则容易引起痛经、月经过少或突然中断等。不可过食辛辣香燥伤津的食物,以减少子宫充血。

  6. (5)寒暖适宜:注意气候变化,特别要防止高温日晒、风寒雨淋;或涉水游泳,或用冷水洗头洗脚,或久坐冷地等。 !

  8. (7)勿乱用药:一般妇女经期稍有不适,经后即可自消,不需用药,以防干扰其正常过程。若遇有腹痛难忍或流血过多、日久不止者,需经医生检查诊治为妥,不要自己乱服药物。
