  11. The Bistro EateryImplementation Plan Implementation Timetable • The Bistro will plan to open December 31, 2013. There will be announcement on the opening day in the E-News letter for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan and a small ribbon cutting ceremony. • The most critical steps will be to have all the appliances in good working order as promised by lease agent prior to opening day. • Fully staffed for opening day • I will be responsible for each and every stage of implementation.

The Bistro EateryImplementation PlanContinue Evaluation • The main objectives for the Bistro will be to serve all my customers with healthy meals that will be a convenient to pick up on the go or dine in, and be competitively priced to fit all budgets. • I will run different reports on a regular basis to get a feel of how the business is doing with special software to monitor the progress. • I will have daily huddle meetings with my team of employees to give inspiration, recognition, thoughts/ideas. • If objectives aren’t met, I will have to re-focus on what needs to be done differently for a different outcome.
