  2. Although most people don’t really keep an eye on their teeth’s health because they don’t feel that is necessary, but that isn’t something you should take for granted. • Keeping the health of your teeth on check is as important as the health of your entire body.

  3. When you don’t take regular care for your teeth, the issue won’t just stay in your mouth, but it will go ahead and affect your whole body. • You may have to suffer from diabetes, stomach problems and other health issues if you don’t take proper care of your mouth and teeth.

Using a damaged toothbrush will have very bad affects on your mouth and teeth. • Above all, you should always rinse your toothbrush properly after brushing. One tip – keep changing your toothbrush in every three or four months.
