Mosaic Process. Draw cartoon. 1. Draw your cartoon (design). Cut tesserae. 2 . Cut tiles to different shapes. Glue tesserae. 3 . Glue tesserae to mesh or substrate. Glue cures/cleaned. 5 . Leave the glue to cure or set. Grout opus. 6. Fill interstices with grout. Grout cures/cleaned.
