  3. 前言 • 社會重建主義始於十九世紀早期的社會主義與烏托邦的概念（方德隆譯，2004:92），主要是受華德的社會導進論與杜威的實用主義啟發，認為進步教育學會過於以兒童為中心，忽視了社會的重要性。

  4. 前言 • 體育課程具有豐富的社會題材，而一般學校體育多著墨於技能教學，認知及情意課程大多融入在體育技能之傳授過程中，或因為體育教師未注重，而成為懸缺課程。 • 在體育課程價值取向五大內涵中，社會重建價值取向教師在教學時強調學生間的互動、合作、尊重他人，完成團體的目標與承受團體所賦予的責任(Ennis,1992)。
