Ashton is situated on the Southbank. Which is where the annual arts trail is. The Arts Trail is where people invite others into their homes to view the artwork they have created.
Most of Aston was made for the miners and the workers of the Tobacco Factory.
It is now cafe/bar and a theatre space, with a market on Sundays.

This is a yearly festival of graffiti. Artists come and spray on shop walls and shutters. It is really interesting and gets you out of the house for a day.
As the anniversary (100th) of Bristol zoo, they dotted Gorillas all over Bristol . They put 3 in Ashton!
Glass designs is a glasswork shop that has a lot of intricate items.
Paper village is a craft shop that sells bead, craft stuff and paper moustaches ( a big trend here)!
This is my local park. It is owned by the Smyth family who also own Ashton court.
