  2. Background • Mrs. Hayward as an infant • Born and raised in Weimar, Texas population 1,981

  3. My Family Mom, Dad, two older sisters, me (in yellow…one of my least favorite colors), and one younger brother.

  4. This is me when I was in 3rd grade!!!

  5. Growing up in Weimar I participated in dance, girl scouts,church,band, pep squad, volleyball, basketball, track cross country, 4-H, FFA, FCA

  6. Married & Became Mrs. Hayward

  7. My Children

  8. Once my son started Kindergarten, I then began volunteering as a homeroom parent and classroom assistant. Soon after I was encouraged to substitute teach. As a substitute, teachers would continually ask, “Why aren’t you teaching?”

  10. … “Why don’t I teach?” ?

  11. College!

  12. Graduate With Highest Honors!!!
