  2. Tasks(easy) • Exchange contact information · Email, Text Message, Phone number · Group member’s schedule • Maintain personal schedule · Calendar mode – day, week, month views

  3. Tasks (Medium) • Maintain communication with members · Ability to contact members via email, text message or phone • Cancel meeting · Contact group to cancel a meeting or reschedule

  4. Tasks (hard) • Find and schedule group meeting time

  5. Target Users • Students who must meet constantly with their group for group projects • Opted for cell phone interface · Students tend to always carry around their cell phones

  6. Interaction(Situation) • Mike and Susie have just been put in a group for their CS160 class • Mike and Susie must contact each other in order to work on their project and meet with each other

  7. Interaction • Task: Mike wants to exchange and view the contact information of Susie, his group member. · Mike will join Susie’s CS160 group to view her contact information · Each member’s contact information is displayed on his/her own profile page. When Mike reaches Susie’s profile, he has accomplished the task.

  8. Walk-through (1) - Start up the application

  9. Walk-through (2) • After startup, Mike sees the main portal screen with “Upcoming Events” “New Messages” • From the Menu, choose My Groups

  10. Walk-through (3) • Right softkey brings up Menu · Choose “Join Group”

  11. Walk-through (4) • Input the group name and password · Information given by group creator

  12. Walk-through (5) - Message signaling successfully joining group

  13. Walk-through (6) • CS160 group icon added to “My Groups” page • Select CS160 with number pad or directional and selection keys

  14. Walk-through (7) • CS160 group portal page • Right softkey brings up Menu · Choose “View Members”

  15. Walk-through (8) - Members portal page lists all members in CS160 group

  16. Walk-through (9) • Use number pad or directional and selection keys to view Susie’s contact information • End of Task
