APRSTM adalah integrasi perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang memungkinkan untuk secara otomatis dan "realtime" melihat posisi dari sasaran yang bergerak ( kendaraan, orang dan cuaca ) dengan menggunakan peta yang ditampilkan pada layar monitor.
