  19. Feedback Describe your overall impression • It is good for studying • The room is amazing. I truly enjoy sitting in reference to relax, study and check e-mail, etc. • The reading room is organized and it provides a good environment to study. • Relaxing is the word that came to mind, also peaceful

  23. Immunity to Change • Issue – Some staff with numerous years of service only do what’s minimally required of their jobs. They never try to learn anything new to enhance the services offered to patrons. • Commitment to this issue- The Dean/Managers encourage all staff to attend various workshops and conferences. • Big Assumptions – They don’t want to learn anything new. The University doesn’t have any money to support professional development opportunities.
