  1. Cooking tasty and delicious foods is an art. Everyone doesn’t have this talent. Although, it is not possible for these people to know all the food recipes yet they can get to know all recipes for different types of food just by using internet. There are many online sites that offer various food recipes so that people can make indian cooking made easy. If you want to know how indian cooking made easyis possible then go through the online sites that deals with cuisines, travels, trends and all. These sites are designed in such a manner that you will not have any difficulty to search information about any topic that you want. In short, the sites are designed in a well-organized manner. So, go ahead and prepare a lip-smacking cuisine for your family, guests and friends and make their supper a delicious one.

  2. In a large frying pan, add enough vegetable oil to fry the fish, approximately 5–7cm deep. Heat to a moderately high temperature and test whether it’s ready by dropping in a small cube of bread. If the bread fizzes and turns brown in 30 seconds, the oil is ready. Slip in a couple of fillets at a time and cook for around 4–5 minutes, gently turning over until it’s turned a gorgeous golden yellow and almost ready to flake. Drain on paper kitchen towels.

  3. In a large frying pan or wok heat the oil over a medium temperature and flash fry the fish until golden brown 2-3 minutes. Remove the fish and set aside. In the same oil fry the onion, ginger and garlic paste adding the tinned and freshly chopped tomatoes along with the curry leaves, chillies, cumin and turmeric powder plus garammasala and 150ml water. Stir to create a paste and cook for a minute making sure the ingredients have blended.

  4. Pop the cod into a large pot and cover it with water, bringing it to the boil for around 15 – 20 minutes or until the fish falls apart. Drain the cod and leave it to cool. In the meantime boil the peeled and chopped white floury potatoes and once tender mash them coarsely. Now flake the fish using your fingers, clearing away any bones and combine it with the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients.

  5. In a medium sized pot, fry the onions in the oil until translucent, add the garlic and fry for a couple of minutes. Pop in the curry and coriander powder, the chopped chilli and stir until all the ingredients are coated. Contribute 250ml of water, the cardamom pods and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, then tip the tin of tomatoes including the juice into the pot and stir, Cook for a further 10 minutes on a medium heat and using a wooden spoon break the chunks of tomatoes into smaller pieces.
